Flight Simulator: Microsoft Excel 97

1. Open a blank worksheet in Excel 97
2. Press F5 (go to) and type in the range X97:L97, then click OK.
3. Now press Tab once (this should put you in cell M97)
4. Press Ctrl+Shift while clicking once on the chart wizard button (the blue-yellow-red bar chart icon)
5. After a few moments, you will be flying over an eerie fractal landscape. Fly around awhile and soon you'll notice a mesa with a shallow depression and a small scrolling shrine to Excel 97 and those who made it happen.
6. When you are done, exit the screen by pressing Esc.

Hall of Tortured Souls: Excel 95

1. Open Excel for Windows 95 with a blank worksheet.
2. Scroll down to row 95.
3. Click on the number 95 to select the whole row.
4. Press Tab once to move to column B.
5. Select the Menu Help...About Microsoft Excel.
6. Hold down Ctrl+Alt+Shift and click on the Tech Support button.
7. A window labeled Hall of Tortured Souls appears.
8. Directly ahead of you are stairs with a scrolling cast list - go up and take a look around - use cursor keys
9. But there's more! Turn around, go back down the stairs Face the wall straight on and walk until the display area is all one shade of gray.
10. Type "excelkfa" (no quotes) The wall disappears, and there's a winding path to navigate to see pictures

Credits: Microsoft Excel 2000

1. Open a blank worksheet in Excel 2000
2. Press F5 (go to) and type in the range X2000:L2000, then click OK.
3. Now press Tab once (this should put you in cell M2000)
4. Press Ctrl+Shift while clicking once on the chart wizard button (the blue-yellow-red bar chart icon)
5. After a few moments, you will see a complete credits list.
6. When you are done, exit the screen by pressing Esc.

Fun in Excel: Excel 4.0 and 5.0

1. In Excel, Right Click on the toolbar and select Customize.
2. Select Custom from the categories list and drag the Solitaire icon onto the blank spreadsheet.
3. Click on Cancel to close the Assign Macro dialog box without assigning a macro.
4. Click on Close to quit the Customize dialog box.
5. Press Ctrl-Alt-Shift and then click on the Solitaire icon.
